John – STR Expert & Gobal Team Leader

John oversees all of our Short-Term Rentals (STR) and has an exceptional talent for taking care of guests, bringing a sharp eye and dedication to each property he manages. Beyond STR care, he is invaluable to our team as our Global Leader and trainer. Known for his patience and clarity, John ensures the team is maximizing our resident software, streamlining our processes, and implementing tech solutions that make property management more efficient for everyone.

Nica – Receptionist & Property Success Coordinator

Nica is our receptionist and also oversees all of our units outside of Great Falls. She is a true go-getter who brings organization, efficiency, and a positive attitude to everything she does. Known for being both helpful and dependable, Nica ensures communication flows smoothly and that nothing falls through the cracks. Her proactive approach and team-oriented spirit make her an incredible asset to both our staff and the residents we serve.

What is it like to work with us?

  • We prioritize clear and timely communication, understanding how important it is for both owners and tenants to reach us. We’re available by phone and email, and we strive to respond within one business day to address your needs.

  • We work with multiple licensed and insured contractors to maintain properties in a way that provides a safe home for tenants without breaking the budget of owners. Tenants have the ability to submit maintenance reports through their tenant portal.

  • Every penny that comes in and goes out gets documented by our bookkeeper. We provide both rent rolls and owner statements with full Profit & Loss Statements for owners for each month in arrears.
