John – Rental Experience Supervisor

John has an exceptional talent for finding great tenants, bringing a sharp eye and dedication to each property he manages. Beyond tenant placement, he is invaluable to our team as a trainer—known for his patience and clarity. John is also our resident software expert, streamlining processes and implementing tech solutions that make property management more efficient for everyone.

What is it like to work with us?

  • We prioritize clear and timely communication, understanding how important it is for both owners and tenants to reach us. We’re available by phone and email, and we strive to respond within one business day to address your needs.

  • We work with multiple licensed and insured contractors to maintain properties in a way that provides a safe home for tenants without breaking the budget of owners. Tenants have the ability to submit maintenance reports through their tenant portal.

  • Every penny that comes in and goes out gets documented by our bookkeeper. We provide both rent rolls and owner statements with full Profit & Loss Statements for owners for each month in arrears.
