As Great Falls residents our goal is to provide a service to property owners and tenants in a way that makes Great Falls even better. As fellow real estate investors, we understand the needs of owners: clear communication, bookkeeping, transparency and stewardship. We look to give you peace of mind in regard to your properties.

How does that work?

  • We are a phone call, email or text away. We understand the need to get ahold of property management whether you’re an owner or tenant. We do our best to respond promptly to your needs.

  • We work with multiple licensed and insured contractors to maintain properties in a way that provides a safe home for tenants without breaking the budget of owners. Tenants have the ability to submit maintenance reports through their tenant portal.

  • Every penny that comes in and goes out gets documented by our licensed and insured bookkeeper. We provide both rent rolls and owner statements with full Profit & Loss Statements for owners for each month in arrears.
